Radiate and diademed bust right of the deified Ptolemy III, wearing aegis and holding ornamented trident over shoulder. Reverse: Radiate and filleted cornucopiae. Svoronos 1117, pl. xxxvi, 7; SNG Cop 196. Rare. A lovely specimen, with an outstanding portrait in high relief. Struck on a broad planchet, with nearly full dotted borders and lustrous fields.
